Access Bank (Ghana) Plc, in collaboration with Deloitte Ghana, has successfully conducted a Women Business Workshop aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs with essential financial knowledge and strategic insights necessary for sustainable business growth. The workshop gathered a diverse group of women business owners who are clients of Access Bank, providing an interactive platform for expert-led learning and peer discussions on the challenges faced in the competitive business landscape. Bimpe Gisanrin, Head of Women Banking for Access Bank African Subsidiaries, emphasized the bank's commitment to supporting women-led enterprises beyond traditional banking services. She highlighted that while access to capital is crucial, many women entrepreneurs face barriers due to insufficient financial literacy and strategic direction. The workshop was designed to address these gaps by offering practical insights on financial planning, business structuring, and long-term growth strategies. Gisanrin reiterated the importance of building capacity and resilience among women entrepreneurs to ensure they can not only start but also scale and sustain their businesses effectively. This initiative reflects Access Bank’s focused approach to enhancing women's banking experiences.
