Deputy Lands Minister Tours Lagata Group Subsidiaries to Boost Investment in Ghana

Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, has paid a working visit to three subsidiaries of the Lagata Group of Companies as part of efforts to attract strategic investments into Ghana.
The Deputy Minister, who is also Member of Parliament for Bole-Bamboi, toured Boden Industry Ltd., Breeze Industry, and Sonata Agri International Limited on June 20.
*Purpose of Visit*
According to a statement, the visit was to familiarize the delegation with the operations, products, and services of the companies and to understand their contributions to the economies of countries where they operate.
Management of the three firms took the delegation through their manufacturing processes, business operations, and investment strategies. They outlined how their activities have supported industrial development, job creation, technology transfer, agricultural modernization, and economic growth in their countries of operation.

Hon. Yusif commended the companies for their achievements and the impact they have made across different markets. He noted that Ghana remains committed to promoting industrialization and attracting investments that align with the country’s development agenda.
The Deputy Minister added that the visit reaffirms government’s commitment to fostering partnerships with reputable international companies and creating an enabling environment for investors.
