Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Bole-Bamboi MP, Hon. Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, has commended the Black Stars for what he called a “magnificent performance” against England.
Hon. Sulemana watched the game at the Ghana High Commission in London, where members of the Ghanaian community gathered to support the national team.
“I enjoyed today’s magnificent performance by the Black Stars against England at the Ghana High Commission in London,” the Deputy Minister posted on his Facebook wall.
The Deputy Minister, who was in London leading Ghana’s delegation to Climate Action Week at Kew Gardens, joined officials and diaspora fans to cheer on the team.
His remarks come as the Black Stars continue preparations ahead of upcoming international fixtures. The match drew strong turnout from Ghanaians in the UK, with the High Commission hosting a viewing session for the community.
Hon. Sulemana has been in London this week to outline Ghana’s forest climate achievements and push for stronger global carbon frameworks ahead of COP30.
