GFA Partners with JAC Motors to Enhance Ghana Football

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced a new partnership with JAC Motors aimed at enhancing football development in the country. The agreement, unveiled on May 26, 2026, at the GFA headquarters in Accra, will see JAC Motors, along with its local distributor Tryton Motors Ltd, provide support to the Black Stars, the Ghana Premier League, and the Women’s Premier League. This collaboration is set to offer logistical assistance, brand support, and performance-based incentives to promote excellence in Ghanaian football. GFA Vice-President Mark Addo emphasized that this partnership signifies the increasing corporate interest in Ghana football and the GFA’s commitment to securing beneficial partnerships. As part of the sponsorship, JAC Motors will reward exceptional performers during the 2026/27 season with luxury vehicles, including the JAC JS2, JS4, and JS6. Both the champions of the Ghana Premier League and Women’s Premier League will receive a new vehicle, along with awards for the Best Players and Coaches in each competition. Tryton Motors Ltd's CEO, Jihad Hijazi, stated that the partnership aims to foster national pride and improve the visibility of Ghana football.
