Black Stars captain Jordan Ayew has emerged as a target for Cypriot giants APOEL Nicosia, according to reports from Cyprus.
Cyprus-based outlet _Protathlima_ reports that the veteran forward is on the club's shortlist as he remains without a club.
Ayew is currently a free agent after his contract with English side Leicester City expired at the end of the 2026/27 season.
The soon-to-be 35-year-old spent the bulk of his career in France and England, featuring for Olympique Marseille, Sochaux, Aston Villa, Swansea City and Crystal Palace before joining Leicester.
In his final season at Leicester, Ayew scored six goals and provided three assists in 45 appearances across all competitions.
He captained Ghana at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, playing in all four of the Black Stars' games at the tournament.
