Kumawu MP Ernest Yaw Anim Supports Transport Of Sewing Machines To Boost Youth Skills Training

Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency and Chairperson of Parliament’s Human Rights Committee, *Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim*, has supported the transportation of sewing machines donated by the *Help Ghana Foundation* to the *Temate Technology Solutions Centre (TTSC)* in the constituency.

The sewing machines, which were moved from Tema to Kumawu, are expected to enhance vocational training at the TTSC and provide young people with practical skills for self-employment.

Speaking on the initiative, Hon. Anim said the donation aligns with his commitment to equipping the youth with employable skills and creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods in Kumawu.

“_I remain committed to supporting initiatives across the Kumawu Constituency that equip young people with practical skills and create opportunities for sustainable livelihood,_” he stated.

He expressed gratitude to the Help Ghana Foundation for the donation and pledged to continue partnering with organizations and stakeholders to drive skills development and youth empowerment in the area.

The Temate Technology Solutions Centre serves as a skills training hub for residents, particularly young people seeking training in tailoring, dressmaking, and other technical trades.
