Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Lawyer Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, says road construction works in parts of his constituency are about 80% complete.
The MP disclosed this after inspecting ongoing projects with Engineer Isifu and his team on Sunday. Areas visited include Down Town, C.P.C, and Ash Town.
“Yesterday, I joined Engineer Isifu and his team to inspect ongoing road construction works in parts of the Manhyia South Constituency, including Down Town, C.P.C, and Ash Town. I am pleased with the progress made so far, with the roads approximately 80% complete.”
According to the MP, contractors have assured that all works will be finished by the end of July. He said the completed roads will bring relief and improve accessibility for residents and businesses in the communities.
As road works continue, the Manhyia South legislator urged constituents to be careful during the rainy season.
“As we continue to improve our road infrastructure, I wish to respectfully urge all constituents to exercise caution during this rainy season,” Lawyer Baffour Awuah said.
