Mpraeso MP Achieves Double Milestone, Called to Bar

Member of Parliament for Mpraeso, Hon. Davis Ansah Opoku, has been called to the Ghana Bar today, 9th October, 2026.
Announcing the milestone, the legislator described it as a product of years of faith, sacrifice, perseverance and the grace of God.
"This milestone represents years of faith, sacrifice, perseverance and, above all, the grace of God. The journey has not always been easy, but every challenge has made this moment even more meaningful," he stated.
Hon. Opoku expressed deep gratitude to his family, the people of Mpraeso Constituency, his lecturers, mentors, friends and all who supported him throughout the journey, noting that he shares the achievement with them.
He said the new qualification adds to his role as a lawmaker.
"As a legislator, I have had the privilege of participating in the making of laws. Today, I embrace an additional responsibility to uphold the rule of law, defend justice and serve humanity."
He added that the new chapter will strengthen his commitment to service, integrity and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
