The Member of Parliament for Bole-Bamboi Constituency and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Alhaji Dr. Yusif Sulemana, has redeemed his pledge of GH¢100,000 and three mechanised boreholes to the people of Mandari.
This follows a pledge he made on the occasion of the community's maiden homecoming ceremony last weekend.
In a post confirming the gesture, the MP said he over the weekend of October 18, 2026, fulfilled the promise at a brief ceremony in the community.
"At a brief ceremony, I handed over the cash to the elders of the community and also introduced to them the contractor in charge of ensuring the 3 boreholes are delivered to satisfaction," Dr. Sulemana stated.
He also assured the community of the construction of a new health centre soon, to help improve access to healthcare delivery in the area.
The donation is expected to support development efforts in Mandari and address the community's water needs, while the proposed health centre will enhance health services for residents.
The people of Mandari held their maiden homecoming last weekend, an event aimed at mobilizing resources for the development of the community.
