GRA to begin interviews for conversion of contract staff to permanent workers on August 26

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has announced the commencement of the interview phase for the conversion of eligible contract staff to permanent workers.
In a circular dated 20th August, 2026 with reference HRM/100/34 and signed by the Commissioner, SSD, Hon. Dr. Alexander Adomako-Mensah, the Authority said the interviews will begin on 26th August, 2026.
The circular, which is in reference to an earlier circular dated 10th July, 2026, indicated that the detailed conversion process has been attached for the information of all contract staff and their respective supervisors.
According to the circular, the interviews will be conducted at two centres:
*1. Accra Centre:* For staff from Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Oti, Central and Western Regions.
*2. Kumasi Centre:* For staff from Ashanti, Northern, Savannah, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Upper East, Upper West, North East and Western North Regions.
The Authority added that shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly with details of their interview.
