Kumawu MP Backs Henry Nana Boakye for NPP National 1st Vice Chairman

Member of Parliament for Kumawu, Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, has thrown his weight behind Henry Nana Boakye for the position of National 1st Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.

In a statement of support, the MP said Mr. Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, has demonstrated commitment and loyalty to the NPP over the years.

“For me, my brother Nana B, is one of the hardworking and committed patriots whose service to the NPP speaks for itself,” Hon. Anim said.

He traced Mr. Boakye’s political journey from TESCON, through youth leadership and national campaign roles, to his current position as National Organiser.

“From TESCON, through youth leadership, national campaign work, and now as National Organiser, he has shown experience, courage and a deep understanding of the party from the grassroots to the national level,” he noted.

According to Hon. Anim, the NPP at this point needs leaders who can unite the party and prepare it for the 2028 general elections.

“At this stage, the NPP needs leaders who are tested, bold, fearless and ready to help reorganise, unite and prepare the party for victory in 2028,” he stated.

He added that Mr. Boakye has “paid his dues, served faithfully and proven that he can be counted on.”

“That is why I proudly support him as the most prepared and ideal candidate for National 1st Vice Chairman. Nyame Nsa Womu,” the Kumawu MP concluded.
