*Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency and Chairperson of Parliament’s Human Rights Committee*, is in Ottawa, Canada, participating in a high-level parliamentary capacity-building programme.
The programme is designed to equip legislators with practical knowledge, strategic insights, and analytical tools to strengthen parliamentary oversight, public policy engagement and constituency representation.

*“I look forward to applying the knowledge and experiences gained to enhance my service to the good people of Kumawu Constituency and contribute meaningfully to national development,”* he said.
